2 cups of SunSpire® Organic Fair Trade 42% Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over a very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Insert wooden skewers in to fruit and dip quickly, one at a time into chocolate; then remove and let stand on prepared sheet. Continue until all strawberries have been dipped and chill in refrigerator before serving.
2 For white chocolate simply exchange semi-sweet chips for SunSpire® White Chocolate Baking Chips. Alternatively, you can drizzle white chocolate on top of your dark chocolate covered strawberries for extra decadence.
