Chocolate Dripped Strawberries
Ingredients
- 2 cups of SunSpire™ Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
- Fresh Strawberries
DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over a very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Insert wooden skewers in to fruit and dip quickly, one at a time into chocolate; then remove and let stand on prepared sheet. Continue until all strawberries have been dipped and chill in refrigerator before serving.
For white chocolate simply exchange semi-sweet chips for SunSpire™ White Chocolate Baking Chips.
